Seitei Iaido

Seitei Iaido of the ZNKR ( All Japan Kendo Federation) was created so that kendo practitioners can practice with "real" swords. There are many iaido schools, and many forms (kata). From these, the basic techniques were chosen from various schools and were put together so that people could easily learn iaido.
